Course description
Learn the fundamentals of CMMN in this Case Management with CMMN training course. You will get acquainted with the basic CMMN objects and understand the possibilities that CMMN has to offer. In this course you will practise applying CMMN based on real-life examples and you will work with engaging business cases and assignments.
Business Processes don’t always follow a thought-out route. Sometimes the route depends on the information retrieved during process execution. This information driven approach to process modelling is called Case Management. Case Management comes with its own modelling language to visualise cases: Case Management Model and Notation (CMMN).
CMMN is the widely accepted standard for modelling complex, unstructured and information-intensive processes. The CMMN standard is maintained by OMG, just as Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) and Decision Model and Notation (DMN). Our hands-on CMMN training course will help you to get a grip on CMMN processes and will teach you how to model effective cases.
We encourage you to bring your own questions and cases so that you can start implementing CMMN into your own organisation right away!
CMMN can be combined with Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) which will create an even better modelling experience for you and your organisation. It is also possible to follow our combination training course where you will learn BPMN, CMMN and how to combine these two standards.
