Model and improve business processes with advanced BPMN training
Learn advanced BPMN modelling techniques and work on the continuous improvement of your business processes!
This advanced BPMN training course is for professionals who would like to expand their BPMN modelling skills and be able to support process improvement within their organisation. You will study advanced BPMN modelling techniques and BPMN diagrams, which will enhance your process models and help you communicate more effectively with process stakeholders.
Additionally, in this advanced BPMN training course you will learn how to model more complex processes and how to manage complexity by using patterns in business processes. The programme also shows you the use of layers (strategic, managing and operational) and helps you to bring structure to your BPMN process models.
The BPMN course is hands-on, with plenty of exercises and challenging business cases. During the programme you can use a BPMN modelling tool of your choice. We also encourage you to bring in your own cases so you can apply the newly acquired skills immediately to processes within your organisation.
You will approach your business process modelling with a higher level of awareness, gain a more critical approach to modelling business processes, and have a better understanding of how to perform continuous process improvement.
Optional: The BPMS module will show you how to run business processes in a BPMS (Business Process Management System or process engine) and how continuous process improvement works in this environment.
